PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL), a Zuellig Pharma company, seeks a Professional Sales Representative to drive revenue by connecting with customers, understanding needs, and promoting products. The role links the business with its clients to build lasting relationships and close deals.

You will plan daily and monthly visits across Jabodetabek, report on activity, and work with internal and external parties to optimize coordination and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
• SIM C license required.

Responsabilités

• Create daily and monthly visit plans covering outlets in the area to support visit schedules and target achievement.
• Carry out visits and promotions to customers and report results to the direct supervisor.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and principals to improve coordination quality.
• Implement sales strategies and monitor discounts per policies to achieve targets and boost sales.
• Bill customers on due dates and deposit results with cashier to achieve target collections for the assigned rayon.

Purpose Of The Role

The purpose of a professional sales representative (PSR) is to drive company revenue by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and selling products or services, acting as the crucial link between the business and its clients to build relationships, close deals, and ensure satisfaction while representing the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Create daily and monthly visit plans covering all outlets in the area in order to provide data in making visit schedules and determining steps to achieve the set targets
• Carry out visits and promotions to customers and report the realization of the previous month's visit to the direct supervisor
• Fostering good relations with internal and external parties (customers & principals) to improve the quality of coordination.4. Carry out sales strategies and activities, offer programs for principal products that are their responsibility and monitor discount according to the applicable sales & discount policies to achieve targets and increase sales5. Monitoring the Effective call and coverage achievement of customers whose transactions are in accordance with the target on the master list for even coverage.6. Billing customers according to the due date and depositing the results to the cashier in order to achieve the target collections of rayon for which they are responsible

What Will Make You Successful:

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Company and PMA, have SIM C
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Marketing, Presentation, Sales, Product Knowledge
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Jabodetabek.
