Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is expanding its partnerships team to drive strategic collaborations with businesses that complement our lending services. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities, educating partners on our products, and streamlining referrals to scale impact.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in business development or partnerships, excellent communication, and a solid grasp of lending products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development or partnerships.
• Proven track record of building successful business relationships.
• Strong understanding of lending industry and loan products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities that align with lending goals.
• Educate partners on lending products and programs, ensuring they can promote them to their clients.
• Streamline the referral process for partners and their clients.
• Proactively address partner inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.
• Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote our partnership program.

Requirements

What we are looking for?

• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field
• Proven track record of building successful business relationships
• Strong understanding of the lending industry and various loan products (a plus)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus)
