The candidate will manage existing borrowers, perform in-depth credit assessments, and pursue growth through cross-selling while supporting new client acquisition and ongoing servicing.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in a relationship manager role within commercial/banking.
• Strong credit assessment and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent English and Indonesian communication.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of existing borrowers and deepen relationships.
• Conduct credit analyses and prepare loan proposals for credit committee.
• Coordinate end-to-end deal process with internal teams.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and source new leads from referrals.
