We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to develop and manage strategic partnerships that complement our lending services. This role focuses on building partnerships with businesses, identifying opportunities, educating partners about our lending

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building successful business relationships.
• Strong understanding of the lending industry and various loan products (a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities that align with our lending goals.
• Educate partners on our lending products and programs, ensuring they can effectively promote them to their clients.
• Streamline the referral process for partners and their clients.
• Proactively address partner inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.
• Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote our partnership program.

Requirements

What we are looking for?

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus)
