Job summary
Caterpillar invites a results-driven General Manager, Indonesia Operations, to lead our Indonesian business. You will oversee Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Safety while driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer success.
A strategic leader will balance long-term growth with daily performance and safety standards. You will guide high-performing teams, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across all sites in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management or Business required.
- Minimum 10 years of operational leadership in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Experience leading diverse, multi-site operations with P&L responsibility.
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of operational excellence and transformation.

- Oversee Indonesia operations to meet financial and operational targets.
