Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of chemical plant processes, operations, and troubleshooting, including: HCl Plant, NaOH Plant, PAC Plant.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head or Manager in a chemical plant environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Good teamwork, leadership, and organizational planning abilities.
• Knowledge of machinery preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Set operational goals and plans aligned with the company's strategic direction and organizational values by engaging relevant stakeholders and resources.
• Develop and enforce proper work procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement new models, systems, and methods to improve organizational performance.
• Lead collaboration across Units and with external partners to achieve common goals.
• Establish alternative courses of action, organize resources, and prioritize team activities to achieve results effectively and efficiently.
• Set clear performance goals, expectations, and priorities for the function and team.
• Make complex decisions in situations where established procedures may not exist.
