Job summary

APP Group seeks a Head of Chemical Plant to set operational goals, manage multi-plant processes, and drive performance improvements. You will align with strategic direction, enforce procedures, and lead cross-unit collaboration with external partners to achieve results.

The role requires 3+ years in a leadership position in chemical plants, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and experience in maintenance practices to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of chemical plant processes, operations, and troubleshooting, including: HCl Plant, NaOH Plant, PAC Plant.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head or Manager in a chemical plant environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Good teamwork, leadership, and organizational planning abilities.
• Knowledge of machinery preventive maintenance practices.
