PT. Oriental Sheet Piling in Indonesia seeks a detail‑oriented professional to manage order‑to‑cash processes, invoicing, and post‑sales activities. You will coordinate warehouse operations and logistics, and prepare costing summaries.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least four years in operations or logistics (steel industry advantageous), strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems such as MS Dynamics AX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years in operations, logistics or customer service.
• Experience in steel industry advantageous.
• Strong English communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Order to cash processing from sales requirements through invoicing and delivery orders.
• Post‑sales processing and warehouse coordination.
• Prepare costing summaries and manage inventory control.
• Coordinate logistics with providers, contractors and suppliers.
• Credit evaluation, collection, accounts receivable updates and credit recovery.
• Produce progress reports and other assigned reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order to cash processing upon receiving the sales requirements/order;
• Includes post sales order processing and warehouse coordination;
• Includes preparation and updates of costing summary, arrangement of order processing, inventory control;
• Invoicing, delivery order for project sales and leasing orders;
• Logistics arrangement includes liaison with logistics provider, contractors, suppliers, keep close follow through on shipment arrangement;
• Perform role as Credit Controller in credit evaluation, processing, collection, accounts receivable updates and credit recovery;
• Preparation and updates on activity progress and other assigned reporting.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent;
• At least 4 year(s) of related working experiences;
• Experiences in Operation, Logistics (import/export/custom clearance and regulations) or Customer service especially steel industry will be an added advantage;
• Self-motivated individual that possess good interpersonal skill, customer oriented with good presentation skill and a team player;
• Hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Demonstrate good verbal and written English communication;
• Technical sound in MS Office, MS Dynamics AX System or related ERP integrated system will be advantageous.
