Oriental Sheet Piling, a unit of ArcelorMittal, is seeking an Account Executive & Administrative for on-site duties in Tangerang, Indonesia. Responsibilities include daily accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and tax support, collaborating with the Assistant Manager and other departments to ensure accurate financial records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 1–3 years of experience, proficiency in Excel and Zahir Accounting, and good English communication for documentation

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 1–3 years working experience in accounting preferred.
• Understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Brevet A and B tax certification or training preferred.

Mansioni

• Process daily accounting transactions and journal vouchers.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform routine bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Support tax administration, including data preparation for tax filings.
• Prepare documents for month-end closing and management reporting.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and GRNs.
• Ensure compliance with Coretax system and Indonesian tax regulations.
