Nestlé Indonesia is seeking an experienced Operations Shift Manager to lead day-to-day production activities in Cikarang. You will champion safety, ensure quality and efficiency, and coach teams to meet manufacturing targets in a compliant environment.

Role emphasizes strong people leadership, adherence to NGMP, and collaboration with maintenance and production leadership to deliver safe, reliable output for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology or Engineering.
• 2-5 years in a food industry role with people leadership.
• Ability to address non-compliance effectively.
• Commitment to safety and housekeeping.
• Strong staff deployment and objective setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety culture and enforce hygiene & safety procedures.
• Ensure semi-finish and finished goods meet quality standards.
• Maintain NGMP compliant working areas and installations.
• Manage production via operational reviews and standard routines.
• Organize and delegate tasks; assess team performance.
• Maintain dialogue with line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, and stakeholders.
