Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to drive line objectives by empowering teams and delivering on-time production plans while meeting safety, quality, cost, and environmental standards. The candidate will lead safety culture, ensure product quality, oversee NGMP compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to sustain manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology or Technical/Engineering field.
• 2–5 years in a functional role in food industry with people management experience.
• Ability to address non-compliance and maintain Safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure safe working environment; enforce hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ensure Semi Finish Goods and Finished Goods meet quality standards and manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain clean and functional work areas and NGMP adherence.
• Manage production via operational reviews and standard routines for sustainable results.
• Organize and delegate assignments; evaluate team performance.
• Maintain dialogue with line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, and unions.
