Cove Living Pte Ltd in Bali is seeking a Senior Operations Admin to support day-to-day operations across Cove properties. You will coordinate with on-site teams and vendors, maintain records, and ensure adherence to Cove standards and SOPs.

You’ll assist with pre-opening activities and operational projects, including procurement of supplies and keeping detailed documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations administration or related roles.
• Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, villas, co-living, property management, or similar environments is an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Experience with purchasing/procurement processes, including sourcing quotations, coordinating orders, and monitoring deliveries.
• Ability to prepare and maintain reports, checklists, trackers, and documentation.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow up on operational issues.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work independently across teams.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
