Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
• Ensure production targets are met and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to improve skills and performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Mengawasi aktivitas produksi harian, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan standar.
• Memastikan target produksi tercapai dan menangani masalah yang muncul.
• Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan kinerja, menyoroti indikator kinerja utama (KPI).
• Memastikan kepatuhan dengan standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan regulasi.
• Memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada staf produksi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim pemeliharaan untuk memastikan peralatan dipelihara dan berfungsi dengan baik.
• Mengidentifikasi dan menerapkan perbaikan proses untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi biaya.
