Traveloka is seeking an OFM Soft Services Specialist to keep our international offices running smoothly and to lead soft services projects across Indonesia and regional hubs. You will coordinate with vendors, country PICs, and procurement teams to ensure consistent service levels and cost controls.

The role requires 4+ years in facilities or soft services, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication. Traveloka offers dynamic, regional exposure and active collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 4+ years in facilities management or soft services.
• Experience with OFM projects (relocation, fit-out, vendor sourcing).
• Strong vendor management and procurement knowledge.
• Excellent English communication across countries.

Responsabilités

• Run day-to-day soft services operations for international offices.
• Drive OFM projects end-to-end across Indonesia and regional offices.
• Coordinate with country PICs, Procurement, HSE, and Hard Services.
• Track facilities spend and identify variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Improve OFM standards, SOPs, and vendor service levels.
• Apply data-driven vendor performance analysis and SLA monitoring.
