Job summary

Traveloka is seeking an OFM Soft Services Specialist to keep international offices running smoothly and drive soft services projects across Indonesia and regional hubs. You are the main contact for regional operational continuity, coordinating with outsourced facility management partners and coworking operators to ensure consistency with Indonesia.

This hands-on role covers day-to-day operations, office relocations, new office set-ups, vendor sourcing, and process improvements.

Qualifications

You communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, with stakeholders and vendors across countries.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day soft services operations for international offices, making sure service levels are met consistently across markets.
Support and drive soft services projects end to end across Indonesia and international offices, including office relocations, fit-outs, new office set-ups, and vendor transitions.
Coordinate with country PICs, Procurement, HSE, and the Hard Services team to keep operations and projects on track.
Track facilities spend for your scope, flagging variances and cost-saving opportunities early.
Help improve OFM standards, SOPs, and vendor service levels so international offices stay aligned with Indonesia.
Bring a data-driven approach to vendor performance, including SLA monitoring and spotting recurring issues across markets.
