Job summary

Howden in Indonesia is seeking a Marine Documents Administrator to handle client and insurer documents, ensuring timely policy issuance. You will maintain records, coordinate with Marine department and surveyors, and support invoicing and workflow improvements.

You will also assist marketing to identify opportunities, adhere to MGC core values, and maintain high service standards. Fluency in Thai and English plus strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
• Service-minded and able to handle internal/external complaints.
• Self-learner, self-starter, able to work under pressure.
• Written and spoken fluency in Thai and working knowledge of English.
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Express.

Responsibilities

• Process documents from clients and corporates with Marine department of insurer and surveyor for policy issuance.
• Provide monthly reports to client and team for billing.
• Enter all policies into Howden Maxi system and develop workflow processes.
• Support marketing to increase opportunities and adhere to core values and compliance.
