Job summary

South Pole seeks a Lead NBS technical delivery leader for Asia, responsible for managing the NBS portfolio and delivering high-quality carbon projects across the region. You will guide technical development, ensure compliance with standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration with regional leadership.

You will also oversee budgeting, team development and the adoption of new methodologies, while partnering with global teams to align strategies and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full technical development of the Asia NBS portfolio from baselines to verification under Verra, Gold Standard and Article 6.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of all assigned projects, manage work plans, budgets and issuance forecasts.
• Oversee feasibility studies' technical sections and support commercial teams in expanding the Asia NBS portfolio.
• Set team KPIs aligned with regional objectives and design standard operating procedures and tools.
