Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Mining Project Manager to oversee end-to-end greenfield mining development, including site planning, haulage road construction, and production readiness. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget across Indonesian operations.

The role requires 8–10 years in mining with 3–5 years in management and the ability to coordinate with contractors and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• POP or POM mining certification is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of experience in mining operations with at least 3–5 years in managerial-level responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing large-scale mining operations within contractor-based environments.
• Experience with greenfield mining projects from early-stage land development through production readiness.
• Adequate English proficiency for technical communication and coordination purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects (hauling roads, jetty, pit development, and site infrastructure).
• Manage day-to-day mining operations including scheduling, pit development, fleet utilisation, and manpower coordination.
• Develop and optimise fleet matching strategies, equipment ratios, and operational budgeting to maximise productivity and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, engineering teams, pit services, logistics providers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and production progress to align with business objectives and timelines.
• Ensure all mining activities comply with HSE standards, regulations, and internal procedures.
• Prepare operational and financial reports related to production performance, budgeting, and site productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency and cost control.
