Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Mining Project Manager to oversee end-to-end greenfield mining projects in Indonesia, including planning, infrastructure development, production readiness, and contractor coordination.

You will lead site operations from land development to active production, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Strong leadership and 8–10 years of mining experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering is required.
• POP or POM mining certification is mandatory.
• 8–10 years in mining operations with 3–5 years in managerial roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects including haul roads, jetty development, pit opening, and site infrastructure.
• Manage day-to-day mining operations: production scheduling, pit development, fleet utilization, and manpower coordination.
• Develop and optimise fleet matching, equipment ratios, and budgeting to maximise productivity and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, pit services, logistics providers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and production progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, mining regulations, and internal procedures.
• Prepare operational and financial reports on production, budgeting, and site productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in operations and contractor management.
