Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Mining Project Manager to lead end-to-end greenfield development projects in Sulawesi. You will plan, execute, and oversee infrastructure, production readiness, contractor coordination, and fleet optimization to meet safety, budget, and schedule targets.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operations experience in large-scale mining, and a deep understanding of mine planning, cost control, and production scheduling within contractor-based environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• English proficiency for technical coordination is expected.
• 8–10 years of mining operations experience with 3–5 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects (hauling roads, jetty development, pit opening).
• Manage day-to-day operations: production scheduling, pit development, fleet utilization, manpower coordination.
