Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead planning, design coordination, tendering, and construction management for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems at our Pandaan, East Java facility. The role supports cleanroom environments and manufacturing utilities with strong emphasis on compliance and quality.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC disciplines, at least 5 years in MEP or project management, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering or project management.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, R&D, or commercial building projects.
• Experience with HVAC and electrical systems highly preferred.
• Experience with cleanroom or manufacturing utilities is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and common engineering software.
• Able to read and review MEP drawings and technical documents.
• Good command of English for workplace communication and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building regulations, safety requirements is advantageous.
• Knowledge of K3/HSE and SMKK is preferred.

Responsibilities

• MEP planning and design coordination with design consultants.
• Tendering and technical evaluation of MEP proposals and requirements.
• MEP construction management for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related works.
• Testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Facility/cleanroom engineering support for manufacturing and R&D environments.
