Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager for civil and construction projects in East Java. You will lead project planning, coordinate with design and cost teams, and act as the owner's representative on site.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years in engineering or construction project management, with experience in industrial facilities and proficiency in AutoCAD. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or construction project management.
• Experience in industrial plants or factory renovations preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and common office software.
• Able to read and review engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and safety requirements is advantageous.
• Excellent command of English for workplace communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with user departments to define project scope, requirements, and schedules.
• Develop project plans and monitor progress.
• Manage tender documents and contract interfaces.
• Act as owner's representative during construction and monitor quality.
• Review drawings and construction submissions for compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Handle variations, approvals, and project documentation.
