Job summary

inDrive seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to drive acquisition & media analytics across multiple channels and 48 countries. You will design tests, forecast outcomes, and provide quantitative evidence to guide marketing investments.

You will collaborate with data engineering and marketing teams to improve data pipelines, analyze increments, and communicate insights in a business-friendly way. This role offers global exposure and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, product or growth analytics roles.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Python or R for statistical modeling, cluster analysis, and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, incrementality measurement, attribution modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-friendly way.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns across acquisition channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, OOH, etc
• Build automated tools to improve channel efficiency, user acquisition
• Design and analyze A/B tests to assess impact of messaging, creatives, targeting, and product changes
• Contribute to marketing budget planning by forecasting outcomes of proposed initiatives
• Partner with data engineering and marketing teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data quality
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize buying & channels incrementality
• Develop and refine the analytical logic underpinning user segmentation & behavioral triggers
