Grab is seeking a Lead Data Scientist (Analytics) for Digital Marketing to lead paid marketing measurement, attribution, and AI-driven analytics. You will shape end-to-end analytics across performance marketing, MMM, and causal inference, collaborating with marketing, analytics, and data engineering teams.

You will design robust measurement frameworks, conduct geo-lift studies, and automate reporting with ML tools to drive optimization and ROI across SEA markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and analytics, with at least 3+ years focused on paid marketing measurement and operations.
• Expertise in attribution modeling (multi-touch, algorithmic, rule-based).
• Experience designing/invoking incrementality studies, A/B tests, holdout analyses for paid campaigns.
