Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia seeks an experienced risk leader to oversee enterprise, financial, and market risk across liquidity, governance, and regulatory reporting. The role drives ARIS objectives, strengthens risk culture, and coordinates with the finance team to maintain risk exposure within approved limits.

The incumbent will develop and monitor the ERM framework, manage governance committees, and ensure timely regulatory deliverables, including stress tests, across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Risk, Market & Liquidity.
• Strong background in Financial Analysis and Asset Liabilities.
• Independent worker with regular interaction with the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Counterparty Credit Risk Management to ensure exposure remains within approved limits.
• Liquidity & Funding Risk Management with full compliance on liquidity monitoring metrics.
• Market Risk Management for Interest Rate and FX exposures within risk appetite.
• Risk Governance & Committee Management.
• Reporting & Regulatory Deliverables including stress testing and regulatory reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the company.
