Job summary

Asetku is seeking a seasoned Risk Manager in Jakarta to lead the risk strategy and drive robust controls across our lending operations. You will shape risk appetite, oversee credit risk models, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will guide a team, analyze borrower behavior and portfolio performance, and report risk metrics to senior leadership. The role requires 10+ years in risk management within financial services, with strong OJK and AFPI familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, risk management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant risk management experience in financial services or banking.
• Solid knowledge of risk management principles and credit risk management.
• Familiarity with OJK regulations and P2P lending rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall risk management strategy.
• Lead the Risk Management team and provide strategic direction for risk mitigation and compliance.
• Establish risk appetite aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee credit risk models, borrower verification, and loan default prediction.
• Analyze borrower behavior and portfolio performance to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure robust internal controls to prevent fraud and maintain compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to address regulatory changes.
• Provide regular risk reports and foster a culture of risk awareness.
