Job summary

PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk is seeking a strategic Risk Management Function Head to strengthen the bank's enterprise-wide risk framework and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, business strategy, and the bank's risk appetite.

You will lead risk governance across key areas, oversee regulatory reporting, stress testing, ICAAP/ILAAP, and remediation, partnering with senior stakeholders to foster a proactive risk culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10–15 years of banking risk management, regulatory reporting or governance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication in Indonesian and English; proven leadership and committee-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and refine integrated risk management policies aligned with the Bank's risk profile and strategy.
• Oversee risk identification, measurement, monitoring, control and reporting across all risk categories.
• Monitor risk profile and ensure compliance with risk limits, appetite and tolerance; provide mitigation recommendations.
• Lead regulatory reporting including OJK examinations, ICAAP/ILAAP, and stress testing.
• Act as secretariat for the Risk Management Committee and facilitate cross-unit coordination.
