Job summary

PT Samindo Resources Tbk is seeking an HR Manager based in South Jakarta to lead all HR and general administrative functions. The role requires 13+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position and strong knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations.

You will handle the full employee lifecycle, policy development, payroll oversight, and strategic HR support to the management team, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in a growing maritime services group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 13 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Indonesian labour and employment regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes in a growing organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee life cycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, development, relations, and offboarding.
• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Support management on organizational development, manpower planning, job structure, compensation and benefits.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, attendance, leave, records, and HR administration.
• Provide strategic HR advisory to management and business planning.
• Coordinate HR for maritime operations and ensure manpower readiness.
