Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Crewing Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, crew scheduling, and international crewing operations. You will coordinate travel, accommodations, and training, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.

You will maintain records of certifications and support crew development while acting as the main liaison between crew and management. Strong English, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this role in Jakarta

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crew management or a similar role in the maritime industry.
• Proven experience in handling crewing matters for various types of vessels (e.g., tanker, bulk carrier, container, tug & barge, offshore support vessels, etc).
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in managing crew for both domestic and international.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in using crewing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, prepare and issue employment contracts, and ensure documentation is completed.
• Develop and maintain crew schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for all vessels.
• Coordinate crew changes, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
• Maintain records of crew certifications, training, and medical examinations.
• Coordinate training programs and certifications for crew members.
• Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure crew members have access to necessary resources and support.
• Act as the main point of contact between crew members and management.
• Communicate updates, policies, and procedures to the crew.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
