Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Crewing Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, crew scheduling, and international crewing operations. You will coordinate travel, accommodations, and training, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.

You will maintain records of certifications and support crew development while acting as the main liaison between crew and management. Strong English, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this role in Jakarta

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crew management or a similar role in the maritime industry.
• Proven experience in handling crewing matters for various types of vessels (e.g., tanker, bulk carrier, container, tug & barge, offshore support vessels, etc).
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in managing crew for both domestic and international.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in using crewing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel if required.
