Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Senior Manager, Projects & Design for the South East Asia region to lead design, project management, and coordination across Hilton brands. You will manage stakeholders, timelines, and the design process for new openings, conversions, and renovations.

Based in the Southeast Asia region, you will collaborate with Owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure brand standards are met and projects stay on schedule, with extensive travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or experience in lieu.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture design, hospitality design roles, and project management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, written, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Fluency in English with Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services and guide planning and design of projects.
• Support Owner’s project timelines and construction progress for seamless handover.
• Ensure brand standards and recommendations are implemented.
• Oversee construction activities and report findings to Owners and stakeholders.
• Improve final product and prepare waiver requests.
• Collaborate with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Hilton stakeholders on design problems.
• Plan meetings, site visits, and program deliverables with updated schedules and travel arrangements.
