Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Project Manager in Bali to lead refurbishment and development initiatives across our resort and hospitality portfolio.

You will manage design, procurement, and construction activities, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Delivery of acquisition & construction projects, sales offices, and refurbishments through designers, consultants & contractors from inception to handover to Resort Operations.
• Plan, deliver & manage construction projects and acquisitions including hotel refurbishments.
• Manage monthly cash flow forecast for all projects.
• Control project budgets and ensure proper approvals, orders, and close out.
• Engage with architects, engineers and other consultants to meet design intents and obtain approvals.
• Prepare design reviews, advice and recommendations.
• Prepare or supervise applications and obtain necessary approvals for development works.
• Interpret plans, estimate costs and quantities of materials.
• Coordinate labour and materials, manage head contractors and site managers.
• Prepare tenders, negotiate contracts minimizing risks, and assess variation claims.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Program projects to meet company deadlines and handle ad hoc tasks as directed.
