Job summary

DHC Partners is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HV transmission and distribution projects in Indonesia, guiding study, design, and construction through to handover while ensuring safety and constructability.

You will manage multi‑party interfaces, coordinate contractors, and drive disciplined field execution under tight schedules, leveraging strong leadership, communication, and risk management to deliver complex infrastructure on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Civil with HV exposure.
• Proven experience delivering HV projects across full lifecycle (study, design, construction, handover).
• Experience managing design consultants and construction contractors.
• Strong exposure to construction interface management including ROW/access readiness and multi-contractor coordination.
• Solid understanding of HV scope: line routing, tower/foundation interfaces, erection and stringing.
• Knowledge of design‑to‑construction readiness and constructability principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of HV transmission and distribution infrastructure projects from study through handover.
• Provide end-to-end leadership and ensure safe, constructible, and efficient execution with strong team leadership and contractor coordination.
