Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Senior Manager/General Manager of Accounting to lead the company’s accounting, finance and tax functions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and has at least 10 years of experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.

You will supervise Accounting, Finance and Tax teams, ensure timely financial reporting and compliance, coordinate with auditors and banks, support budgeting and cash flow, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Tax.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or senior managerial position.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising Accounting functions.
• Experience coordinating Managers / Department Heads.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting processes, budgeting, cash flow, and tax compliance.
• Experience reviewing financial statements, management reports, and other financial information.
• Familiar with audit processes and coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other relevant parties.
• Experience in construction, EPC, project-based, or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
