PT. PRIGRAND BINTAN INDONESIA seeks an experienced accounting professional to oversee daily accounting operations, review transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires maintaining ledgers and performing timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closings while managing AR/AP and reconciliations.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years in Accounting and Finance, is proficient in MSOffice and Power BI, and can communicate in Mandarin. Construction-industry exposure is a plus.
Responsible for the company's daily accounting operations, including reviewing original transaction documents, expense reimbursement claims, and payment documents to ensure that all documents are accurate, compliant with applicable regulations, and legally valid.
Maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, and complete the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in a timely manner. Ensure the accuracy of financial data, consistency of account balances, and alignment with actual business conditions.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, conduct regular reconciliations, follow up with relevant parties on reconciliation matters and outstanding receivables, and minimize the risk of bad debts.
Responsible for the filing and payment of all applicable company taxes, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Individual Income Tax, local taxes/surcharges, and other applicable taxes. Ensure all tax filings and payments are completed accurately and on time without errors or delays.
Stay updated on the latest tax and financial regulations, and conduct reasonable tax planning in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to optimize the company's tax burden and reduce tax-related costs and risks.
Responsible for the procurement, issuance, crediting/verification, and filing of tax invoices, ensuring that tax invoices are handled in accordance with applicable regulations. Assist the company with tax audits and special tax inspections conducted by the tax authorities.
