Job summary

PT NPLUS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions in Jakarta. You will lead the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team and coordinate with Management on financial and operational matters.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years in finance management, and proficiency with Kingdee ERP. Strong leadership, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting management.
• Experience in retail, service, or distribution company is preferred.
• Familiar with Kingdee ERP System.
• Good understanding of accounting, finance, and tax.
• Brevet A/B is an advantage.
• Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports including Balance Sheet, P&L, and General Ledger.
• Monitor cash flow and financial obligations.
• Review payments, petty cash, and employee reimbursements.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure tax calculations, payments, and reporting are completed on time.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and other departments.

Job description

Oversee the company's Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting. Lead and supervise the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team while managing key financial operations and coordinating with Management and other departments on financial and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax activities.

Supervise monthly and year-end financial closing.

Prepare and review financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and General Ledger.

Monitor the Company's cash flow and financial obligations.

Review payments, petty cash, and employee reimbursements.

Manage and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Ensure tax calculations, payments, and reporting are completed on time.

Monitor vendor tax and compliance documents.

Maintain supporting data for fixed assets, inventory, loans, AP, and AR.

Review financial transactions and ensure proper internal controls are followed.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and other departments when required.

Supervise and support the Finance & Accounting team.

Ensure Finance & Accounting procedures follow Company policies and applicable regulations.

Provide financial information and analysis to Management for decision-making.

Identify financial issues or risks and report them to Management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting management.

Experience in retail, service, or distribution company is preferred.

Familiar with Kingdee ERP System.
