Job summary

J&T Express is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee daily finance and accounting operations in our North Sumatra region. You will prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensure accuracy and compliance with standards, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide business decisions.

You will coordinate with internal and external auditors, mentor the finance team, and collaborate with other departments to improve reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
