Job summary

PT. Alcotraindo Batam is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production machinery and ensure availability of equipment. You will perform maintenance planning, fault finding, and apply standard procedures in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years in tobacco manufacturing, focusing on secondary production such as SMD packing machines and HLP systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in tobacco manufacturing in secondary production (SMD packing machine / HLP).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate as technician to support production and services during production activities, technical services activities and maintenance.
• Ensure availability of production machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the implementation and completion of projects as compliance to scope of work, specifications, and timing.
• Utilize tools and equipment productively, maintain in good condition and make available at any time for use.
• Execute all maintenance work based on the procedures and requirements of asset management.
• Performs the tasks of maintenance planning.
• Perform and analyzes maintenance work orders.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by superiors.
