Job summary

COSCO seeks a Technical Expert in Levee Construction to provide and control technical expertise for the Tailings River Management Project, ensuring compliance with GOI permits and World Environmental Mine standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and drive timely, cost‑effective construction decisions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (oral and written) is required.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in mining/construction.
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong computer literacy and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tailings Management Plan policies and guidelines for TRMP alignment with company strategy and regulatory permits.
• Provide technical leadership for TRMP, contractors, and senior management to ensure TMP compliance.
• Oversee field construction activities, cost control, scheduling, and reporting per project plan.
• Direct design investigation of levee and system design, materials monitoring, and long‑term predictions.
• Manage survey equipment activities and ensure timely, accurate data collection and analysis.
