Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited is seeking an experienced civil project planner to manage detailed planning for tenders and to support post-award program management. You will oversee KPI tracking, reporting, and coordination of teams to optimize construction time and ensure compliant procedures.

Applicants should hold a Civil Engineering degree with 10+ years in civil/construction, and 5+ years in project management, with strong cost planning and QA/QC experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural engineering or related field.
• Deep knowledge of civil earthwork and building construction regulations.
• 10+ years of civil/construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in civil project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage detailed works for tender submissions to client requirements.
• Manage project program post-award and support reporting accuracy.
• Track KPIs for regular reports and variances against plan.
• Coordinate subordinates to optimize construction time.
• Ensure safe, compliant and environmentally friendly procedures.
