Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Freeport Levee Project to drive asset readiness, reliability and cost efficiency across site operations.

The role emphasizes managing personnel, processes, and technology to meet project targets while advancing SHE performance and compliance with ISO standards. Extensive experience in mining maintenance and relocation to remote project sites is required.

Qualifications

• D3 degree in civil, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in mining industry maintenance of heavy equipment.
• High school with 15 years heavy equipment maintenance experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance cost control.
• Willing to relocate to remote project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct asset and maintenance operations to ensure readiness.
• Minimize maintenance costs through optimal use of manpower, equipment and materials.
• Improve manpower utilization to ensure schedule stability and efficiency.
• Set and monitor plant performance against standards: MTTR, Availability, etc.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and ISO-based requirements.
