Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking a Legal Associate Manager – Group Service to lead corporate and commercial legal work across multiple business units. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of contracts, advise on corporate governance, and handle licensing and regulatory matters with a practical, business-focused approach.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of corporate law experience, a law degree, and a PERADI license (advantage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H. or equivalent) mandatory.
• Experience in corporate/commercial law, licensing, and M&A is required.
• OSS-RBA licensing knowledge is highly preferred.
• English language ability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Provide legal support for corporate governance, board resolutions, and regulatory filings.
• Lead or support regulatory and licensing matters across multiple business units.
• Coordinate internal legal audits and liaise with external counsel as needed.
