Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to advise executives on diverse topics including labor law, partnerships, and permits. You will lead risk assessment and compliance programs while collaborating with management to shape defense strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc in Law with at least four years of experience in a business environment (clinic/hospital/retail) and are fluent in English. You will draft agreements and monitor regulatory changes to protect the company.

Qualifications

• BSc degree (Bachelors) in Law.
• At least 4 years experience as a Legal Manager in business environment (Clinic/Hospital/Retail).
• Highly proficient spoken and written in English
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, litigation, and clinic permit
• Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
• Outstanding communication, leadership & social influence skills

Responsibilities

• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, permit etc.)
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
• Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
• Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
