Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned corporate lawyer to oversee daily legal activities, including contracts, permits, licenses, corporate actions, and risk management. The role provides strategic guidance to management.

The attorney will supervise compliance with applicable laws, build relationships with government agencies and regulators, and assist in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution. A law degree and active licensure are essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree (S.H.) with 5+ years in corporate legal affairs.
• At least 1 year in supervisory role.
• PERADI Advocate license is highly desirable.
• Advanced English, CEFR C1 or higher.
• Experience with bonded zone, licensing and trade compliance systems.

Job description

Supervise and monitor daily legal activities; including but not limited to: legal contract, permits, licenses, corporate action, legal risk mitigation.

Supervise, monitor, and coordinate corporate compliance to prevailing laws and regulations.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, regulatory authorities and relevant external stakeholders.

Actively contributing on any litigation, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution matters involving the Company.

Provide legal opinions and insight, practical guidance, and strategic recommendation to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.) with at least 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role

Possession of a PERADI Advocate License is highly desirable.

Advanced English proficiency, equivalent to CEFR C1 or higher.

Proven hands-on experience managing and resolving issues within bonded zone and government licensing and trade compliance systems, including OSS, SIINas, INSW, CEISA.
