Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to plan, coordinate, and implement programs that boost employee competencies and align with business objectives. You will ensure mandatory training compliance, manage competency development initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years in L&D, with strong TNA, design, delivery, and IT skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related function.
Expertise in TNA, instructional design, adult learning principles, competency development, and learning technologies.
Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; LMS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities
