You will mentor teams, build trust with local communities and government, and collaborate with FSC representatives to advance responsible practices while travel is required. Based in Serpong, this position anchors strategic compliance and group-wide governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Sociology, Anthropology, Law, Economics, Environmental Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in forest certification services, forestry sector, community development, or community partnership programs.
• Strong understanding of FSC audit processes.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Willing to be based in Serpong.

Responsibilities

• Support the Division Head in leading the development and implementation of the FSC and Social Compliance framework across the company.
• Coordinate the implementation of FSC and Social Compliance initiatives across all operational areas.
• Enhance team capacity related to FSC and Social Compliance.
• Monitor implementation progress and prepare regular progress reports on FSC.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments regarding Social Compliance implementation.
• Guide and mentor the team in developing strategies to build trust, resolve conflicts, and establish partnerships with local communities, government and FSC representatives.
