Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Land Acquisition Lead to drive strategy, identify and secure parcels for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Indonesia. You will oversee negotiations, due diligence, and budgeting while coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Project Development teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in land acquisition with 3–5 years in leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven negotiation skills to deliver complex property projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of land acquisition experience.
• 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian land regulations and acquisition processes.
• Proven experience in land negotiation, land banking, and development projects.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop land acquisition strategies to support property development and expansion plans.
• Identify, assess, and secure potential land for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Lead negotiations and transactions with landowners, brokers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure land due diligence, ownership verification, and legal documentation are properly conducted.
• Evaluate land value, acquisition costs, and investment feasibility.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Project Development, and other related departments.
• Manage land acquisition budgets, timelines, and project targets.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the Land Acquisition team.
