Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or design & build industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, especially within commercial & residential buildings

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company business objectives
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
• Oversee the execution of civil construction projects and multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously
• Ensure projects are delivered according to contract requirements, quality standards, and client expectations
• Direct project managers, quantity surveyors, procurement, and engineering teams
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, corporate clients, consultants, architects, and end users
• Monitor project profitability, gross margins, and financial performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop project and operational teams
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in both civil and commercial construction
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Prepare and manage the properties
• Select and implement property management, booking, channel management, pricing and accounting systems. (Build the operating platform)
