Job summary

Finture in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale a high-performing KOL/Creator team across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. You will own creator acquisition, negotiations, and end-to-end campaign execution in a fast-growing environment.

You will leverage data-driven strategies, analytics, and partnerships with MCNs, talent agencies, and creator communities to drive reach, ER, ROI, and network growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, Creator Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, or MCN Management.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in building and scaling large creator networks and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing KOL/Creator team across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, MCNs, talent agencies, affiliates, and creator communities.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: sourcing, negotiation, execution, content management, performance optimization.
• Analyze creator and campaign performance with key metrics and data-driven strategies.
• Lead large-scale campaigns ensuring consistent execution and results in a fast-paced environment.
