Job summary

Indonesia Defence Services is seeking a Key Account Officer to maintain client relationships and coordinate project administration. The role focuses on managing existing accounts, ensuring smooth project execution, and serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in related fields, with fluent English and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Fluent English required in written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project timelines and documentation with internal departments.
• Monitor progress and ensure contractual and administrative requirements are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding project billing and payment milestones.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and project-related issues professionally.
• Maintain organized project and customer documentation.
• Prepare project reports and support management with project administration.
